Polk Performance brought two cars to race at the Street Legal Championships on October 20 at Centerville Dragway.

John Streett's '93 RX-7 with an LS2 ran in the EFI class with a time of 8.6 sec at 122mph in the 1000 foot, and Danny Godelfer's '92 Lexus SC300 with a 2JZ GTE ran in the Super Import class taking first place.The Lexus ran 8.83 seconds at 117mph with a 60-foot time of 1.5 seconds, a personal record for Danny.

The race was won in honor of Don Polk; he brought import racing to Centerville.
